FindMari already put every Florida dispensary deal in one feed. This week it got seven new tools that answer the questions patients actually ask before a trip: where is it cheapest today, what ends tonight, what does my shop run on Tuesdays, and was that deal any good. Here is what each one does and how to use it.
Quick start
- Today's lowest prices is the page to open every morning.
- Set a price alert and let the deal come to you.
- Check deals by day before you plan a trip.
- Tap 👍 or 👎 on any deal. No account needed.
1. Today's lowest prices
Today's lowest prices shows the cheapest price per gram in Florida right now for flower, vapes, concentrates and pre-rolls, plus the cheapest ounce of whole flower. Each tile tells you three things:
- The price per gram and the shop running it. Tap the shop to open the deal.
- The change since yesterday. Green means the low went down, red means it went up.
- The last eight days as a small line, so you can see whether today is a good day to buy or an ordinary one.
Below the tiles, Cheapest by product lists the five lowest prices in each product, one per shop, so you can pick the closest store instead of the single cheapest one.
We only use a price when the deal states it plainly: one product, one price, one weight. Bundles (an eighth plus a vape plus an edible), menus with many prices and anything we could not read clearly are left out. A lowest price the shop does not actually have is worse than none. If you are new to the sum, price per gram explains it.
2. Price alerts
Instead of checking every day, tell FindMari your limit and get a notification on your phone when a deal meets it. You do not need an account.
- Open Your price alerts on the Today page.
- Pick what to watch: the price of an ounce, the price per gram of flower, vapes, concentrates or pre-rolls, or a percent off at one shop or any shop.
- Type your limit, for example an ounce under $100, or MÜV at 40% off or more. Under the form you will see how many of today's deals already meet it, so you know at once whether the limit is realistic.
- Tap Turn on alerts and save and allow notifications when your phone asks.
Each deal is announced once per alert, and alerts are only sent between 9 AM and 9 PM. You can keep up to ten alerts and remove any of them from the same box.
On an iPhone, notifications only work in the app added to your home screen. In Safari tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, open FindMari from there, and set your alerts.
3. Ends tonight
On the home page and the Today page, Ends tonight lists the deals that expire today, with a countdown to midnight Florida time, and the ones that end tomorrow. It shows one deal per shop in turn, so a shop with ten deals ending does not fill the list. It is the quickest way to catch a sale before it is gone.
4. Deals by day
Many Florida dispensaries run the same special on the same day every week: Mini Monday, Trulieve's Tuesday deals, Thursday tastings, Solventless Sunday. Deals by day collects them.
- Open Deals by day. It opens on today.
- Tap another day to plan ahead, or open that day's own page, for example Tuesday dispensary deals.
- Read the label on each line. Live today means the deal is up right now. Named by the shop means the shop calls it a Tuesday (or Friday) deal. Repeats weekly means we saw it come back on the same day in different weeks.
Each dispensary's page also has a weekly specials box with its own days. The calendar is built from what the shops posted, so it gets more complete every week.
5. New since your last visit
When you come back, a green banner at the top of the home page and the Today page says how many deals are new since your last visit and which shops posted them. Tap Show me for the newest first, or tap a shop to see only its deals. It remembers your last visit on your own phone; nothing is sent to us.
6. Good deal? 👍 or 👎
Every deal now has a thumbs up and a thumbs down where the heart used to be. Tap 👍 if it is a good deal, 👎 if it is not. You do not need an account, and you can tap again to take your vote back.
- A deal shows how many patients gave it a 👍, and a percentage once five people have voted.
- The 👎 count is not shown. It only moves the deal down in the rankings.
- Sort the deals feed by Best rated, or open Top rated on the home page, to see what other patients rate highest.
- If you are signed in, your 👍 deals are kept in the Liked tab of your account and shape Picked for you.
7. How much FindMari saves you
At the bottom of the Today page, move the slider to how much flower you buy in a month. It compares the typical price of flower today (the median of every flower deal we can price) with the average of the five cheapest, and shows what the difference adds up to over a year. On the day this was written the typical price was $5.71 a gram and the five cheapest averaged under $2.40.
Worth knowing
- Prices are checked every hour, from opening until 11 PM.
- Each shop sets its own terms and they can vary by store. Check at the counter.
- FindMari is for registered Florida medical marijuana patients.
